How Your Company Can Get Involved

The primary event for the Stadium Managers Association is the ANNUAL SEMINAR, which takes place each February, kicking off on Super Bowl Sunday. Our sponsors are heavily involved in the meeting in various capacities: as full members, speakers, and participants in educational sessions and all social events. Sponsored networking events each day take the place of a trade show by giving you quality time with your clients, and low-pressure opportunities to make connections with potential customers.

The number of open sponsorships is limited, and your company must submit a membership application by November 20, 2017 to be included in the membership directory or by January 3, 2018 to attend the 2018 Seminar. Companies can show a higher level of support by choosing to sponsor a specific event at the SMA Seminar. In addition to the basic benefits of membership, event sponsors are recognized in the following ways:

Exclusivity in their respective industry membership category, and given the first option to re-book the event at following Seminar events.

Print and web promotion that begins as soon as the sponsorship is confirmed, including on the SMA home page web banner and Annual Seminar page, including post-event.

Two additional comped passes to your specific event for any company executives who may not be attending the Seminar and discounted registration for additional full attendees.

Option to demo a relevant product or service at the event, plus other specific promotion.

The exclusive right to provide promotional items and conduct event promotions (cleared by the Program Chair) with on-site SMA staff assistance, if needed.

Recognition from the podium, including the opportunity to announce winners of your event promotion.

Your company will be acknowledged in program print materials and your logo will be shown on-site.
